APPLICATION STEPS
1. Child Development Program Applied Training Course Application Form will be filled out and application will be made to the workplace where the applied training will be made. Since the form is e-signed, there is no need for a wet signature for the Manager section. The Application Form will be approved by the authorized person at the workplace with signature and stamp/seal.
2. After this form is filled out and all approvals are completed, it will be submitted to the School Student Affairs Unit and the Program Supervisor / Course Instructor with a copy of the identity card.
