1. Internship Application Form (Form 423) will be filled out and application will be made to the workplace. Since the form is e-signed, there is no need for a wet signature for the Assistant Manager section. The Internship Application Form will be approved by the authorized person at the workplace with signature and stamp/seal.
2. Before starting the internship, students will print the Internship Notebook and
Internship Commission Evaluation Form, bind them with spiral binding and do their internship at the workplace between the specified dates.
3. The internship notebook must be organized by the student according to the spelling rules.
5. After the internship is completed, the Internship File and the Internship Evaluation Form (Form 424) in a sealed envelope must be hand delivered to the instructor who will evaluate the internship until the deadline below.
6. The internship files of the students who have completed their internship will be examined by the internship commission, and the students who are deemed necessary will be interviewed or practiced.
